Welcome to G.O.A.T'S Limo. By booking a ride, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Services Provided
G.O.A.T'S Limo provides premium chauffeured ground transportation services in the Las Vegas, Nevada metropolitan area. Our fleet includes the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Genesis G90. Services include but are not limited to: airport transfers, corporate transportation, special events, and point-to-point rides. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
2. Booking & Reservations
All reservations must be made through our official website or by contacting us directly. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit payment. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/dropoff locations, passenger counts, and contact information. Inaccurate information may result in delays or cancellation without refund.
3. Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount is calculated as a percentage of the total fare and is displayed clearly during checkout. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. We accept all major credit cards processed securely through Stripe. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to applicable Nevada state taxes (3%) and gratuity.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit at our discretion. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full fare. In the event G.O.A.T'S Limo must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments will be issued within 5–7 business days.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. Smoking, vaping, and consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol consumption is permitted only by passengers of legal drinking age (21+) in jurisdictions where it is lawful. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be billed to the booking party. The driver reserves the right to terminate a trip without refund if passenger conduct poses a safety risk.
6. Punctuality & Wait Times
Our drivers will arrive at the scheduled pickup location at the agreed time. For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals and adjust accordingly at no extra charge. A complimentary wait time of 15 minutes is included for standard pickups and 30 minutes for airport pickups. Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period may be charged at the applicable hourly rate.
7. Liability Limitations
G.O.A.T'S Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in vehicles, though we will make reasonable efforts to return found property. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used solely to process bookings and provide our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to process payments (Stripe) or comply with legal obligations. 9. Modifications to Terms
G.O.A.T'S Limo reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
